May the assemblies of monks who practise His teaching always endure, and their works pervade the ten directions, for they point out to beings the path of virtue and carry the great burden of teaching and meditation.

May all human beings be free from fears of old age, disease and death, but live instead with right views of existence in this world. May their minds grow to love one another, and limitless joy increase always for all.
Dro nam dzam bu loong gi yo wa yee / ba den kar po'i treng way rab dzay zhing / go zang rin chen gyen gyi tray pa yee / jor dhen kye wo'i gang war dzay du sol
May the cities of the earth be beautiful and strong, with rows of prayer flags, white and rippling in gentle breezes. May their inhabitants not be poor but wear the fine clothes and jewels they long to have.
Kha la log treng gyu way trin dzay shing / sa la ma ja gha way gar dzay pa / sim bu dal gyi bap pay char gyun gyi / dro nam gha wa gyay par dzay du sol
May the eyes of living beings be gladdened by skies made splendid by clouds garlanded by lightning, while on earth below, the peacocks dance with joy and showers of gentle rain approach.
Ri nam tsa dang me tok bap chu'i gyun / loong nam na tshok dru dang chuk kyi gang / mi nam rab tu gha way loo len ching / drek dang thab tso zhi war dzay du sol
May the mountains be adorned by rippling grasses, clusters of wild flowers and by falling waters, and may the valleys overflow with grains and co-mingling herds, while men also sing songs coming from great joy, in freedom from pride, wars and discord.

May the rulers govern well in peaceful ways, and the people heed their rulers with unfeigned respect, so that all inner and outer conflicts are set at rest and well-being prevails, as it did in the age of Perfection.

Gon nay tham ched thub ten kyong jay pa / shay nyen ngur mik dzin pay yong kang tay / chay tso tsom pay ja wa du dha shing / lok dang kha dhon gye par dzay du sol
May the chanting and study of scriptures increase in every monastery, each of them filled with spiritual friends and monks in saffron robes, who uphold the teachings of the Sage and devote their days to discussing, explaining and writing about His words.
Gay nyen gay tshul gay long pha ma nam / dri ma may pay tshul trim dang dhen shing / nam dak tho sam ghom pay ja wa yee / day shek ten pa gyay par dzay du sol
May the Holy Teachings of the Blessed Enlightened One be enhanced by lay disciples, by novices, monks and nuns, each endowed with moral conduct that is flawlessly pure and with diligence in study, reflection and meditation.
Drup pa po nam yeng wa kun pang nay / tshe wa kun dral dhu dzi'i rab wen pa / zhi way nay su pong wa lhur len pa / tok pay yon ten gyay par dzay du sol
May meditators who have given up every distraction be increased by those attainments of insight that follow renunciation, away from all bustle and harm. May they always dwell in places of solitude.
Lhak par day pay sol wa deb jay pa / dru po dhak chak khor dang chay nam la / lok tsho dral way pal jor phun tshok dang / tshe dang dam cho gyay par dzay du sol
May those who meditate, myself and all in our circle, whose prayers are offered with deep devotion and faith, be blessed with prosperity untainted by wrong livelihood, and may our span of life and our understanding of Dharma increase.
Jin dang tshul trim zo dang tson dru dang / sam ten she rab la na may sok tay / rang la sang gyay choe nam yong dzok shing / loong tok yon ten gyay par dzay du sol
May the spiritual qualities of learning, realisation and the perfection of every principle the Enlightened Ones have taught, arise within me through my whole-hearted performance of giving, moral conduct, patience, diligence, meditation and the highest wisdom.
Jin dang nyen par ma way khor du nay / don cho dam cho tshul zhin shay pay thu / rang zhen don thun choe la lek jar nay / zhen don choe zhin gyay par dzay du sol
For the sake of others, may I also grow in harmony with the Holy Teachings and gather others together through kind words and generous deeds. By the power of right explanation, may their actions and mine become attuned to the Way.
Choe kyi ghal kyen tha dak nyer zhi zhing / thun kyen ma lu phun soom tshok gyur nay / gang dang gang la thoo pay rab ngak pay / gay wa dhi dak gyay par dzay du sol
This prayer that I offer on behalf of all, is that every obstacle to Dharma may vanish and every auspicious condition prevail, may every virtue that the Sage has praised increase always in every way.

By the power of the compassionate blessings of the Holy Masters, by the truth of the Ultimate Reality of all Dharmas, and by the purity of our own noble resolution, may all our prayers be realised.
This prayer is known as Dro Dema and was written by Ngorchen Kunga Zangpo, a great Sakya Master.
