Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. DBI does not provide refunds just because of a change of mind, or a mistake is made.
However, if a genuine reason exists (eg: cannot attend a Retreat due to accident or illness), please contact us at the above email addresses and explain your situation. We will be only too happy to refund your payment.
Be aware that if expenses have been incurred (eg: we’ve already purchased food for you for a Retreat) we may need to keep some of your money, but we will discuss this with you and come to a mutually satisfactory agreement before doing so.

Financial transactions on this website are conducted through the secure Westpac-hosted server “PayWay.” No card data is retained by Drogmi Buddhist Institute (NSW) at any stage during or after processing,
Shipping / Delivery
We deliver products using Australia Post services. Delivery to anywhere in Australia (to a maximum of weight of 5 kg) is included in the purchase price of the product.
Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If we expect a delay in shipping we will notify you.
Please allow 7 working days after shipping for Australia Post delivery.
For packages over 5 kg within Australia and for all International purchases we will obtain an estimate from Australia Post and let you know prior to shipping. If the estimate is acceptable, we will ask you pay that cost before we ship your consignment.
If you want your consignment shipped by Courier, or wish to collect it in person, please let us know.
